Pricing and Estimates. Because each job is as individual as it's owner, we cannot provide "per square foot" pricing. Pricing for decorative concrete depends on many factors:

• Location - is the area difficult to access?
• Square footage - how large is the area?
• Type of concrete: continuous flow, colored, stamped, exposed aggregate
• Complexity of the project: multiple colors, borders, steps and radius edges require additional time and labor and thus will increase overall costs

Warranty. About 90 percent of problems with concrete occur in the first year after completion. Therefore, our workmanship and materials are guaranteed for one year.

Proper maintenance of exterior concrete is imperative to the warranty of the product. Follow these rules to reduce the likelihood of problems:

• Concrete should be cleaned and sealed every two or three years to protect against salt and airbourne pollution.
• Do not use deicing salts or fertilizers. Use sand for traction.
• Do not use a chipping axe to remove built up ice.
• Keep driveway clear of snow and ice if possible.
• Keep downspouts away from driveways and sidewalks.
