In the business world many speak of customer service. Many are even able to deliver. Few, however, can truly exceed a customer's expectation despite their rhetoric to do so. Your prompt comparable bid and ability to begin the project on demand was very positive and very satisfying to me as a customer.

However, you and your crew went well beyond my own expectations. First of all, you completed the project in 1.5 days. I anticipated the project to take an entire week. Furthermore, your crew was very respectful to the fragile nature of the bluff environment. You did what needed to be done and construction impact was limited to the project. When we as customers changed our mind about which side the landing would go, you quickly obliged.

If that weren't enough, you outdid yourself in the design of the staircase. We expected a durable concrete staircase offering us access to the lake. You created a piece of art. My guests are equally in awe of your craftsmanship. The stairs meander ever so gently down a steep grade with the greatest of ease. Aesthetically, it is simply beautiful! In plain terms , the stairs were designed as if they belonged there all along.
